Zoom

Slack

This tool is a chat with better functionality than other chats like WhatsApp or Hangout. Since you have the option to create thematic channels and include people who are related to that topic. You can create channels according to the departments of your company, projects in which you are involved, or different topics of the lessons of a course.

Slack  can help you reduce all that workflow that was previously generated by email.

 

Asana

In our opinion and that of many more people,  Asana  is the most complete and easy-to-use tool discovered so far. This tool allows you to assign a task to any person or group. You can also set a deadline for that task.

Each task and subtask can be reviewed in real time, both the process and the actions that each person has taken. To do this, users must write down all the modifications that are being made so that the person in charge can supervise the entire process.

In each task you can add files, photos, videos…etc. Additionally, if you have downloaded the mobile application, you can receive notifications on your mobile.

 

Google Drive

Google Drive  is more than a tool, it is almost a virtual office, it gives the possibility of working with several collaborators in real time. The biggest advantage of drive is that it is a great universal cloud that has an email manager. (Gmail)

 

Dropbox

Since Google Drive entered the market,  Dropbox  has lost great influence, however, it is an excellent tool for storing files that will be used for a long period of time. Dropbox gives you the ability to store your files securely and access them from any device.

Without a doubt, the best option is to use Drive to unify all your daily work documents. And Dropbox to store those files that will not be needed in the short term.
